Service Description
Join us for a relaxing sound journey at Sound Breath Body, held on the third Friday of each month at our Otterbourne venue! Experience deep relaxation through incredible healing frequencies and vibrations that guide you into profound rest. We use several amazing instruments, including alchemy crystal singing bowls. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow, along with an extra blanket if a yoga mat isn’t suitable, to fully embrace this wonderfully peaceful experience! We will provide an eye mask, mat, blanket, bolster and light refreshments after the session Please make sure to review our booking policy and arrive on time, as latecomers may not be admitted to ensure an uninterrupted experience for everyone.

Cancellations and refunds are not permitted unless there are exceptional circumstances. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session starts to allow time to get comfortable.
